Is Labour
borrowing from Trinidad to pay salaries and wages?
If government
has a $25 million overdraft facility that refreshes every three months from CDB
for this purpose, why are we borrowing from the Trinis? Is the $25 million for
this quarter already spent? I mean, committed.
