THE BATTLE FOR BUTU PART II: THE JUDGE & THE REGISTRAR WHO ARE FIGHTING NEGMARRON DOWN

Today is Butu's birthday. So Justice Cumberbatch and Registrar Charon Gardner are trying to keep him locked up.

THE STORY THUS FAR:

FIVE YEARS AGO: Butu was a clever young bank employee who was charged with embezzlement. His uncle Errol provided security for his bail.

Since then, Butu has picked up the pieces of his life.

Over the last 14 months, he became known as the Best Rookie Reporter of the Year. But over the last week, Uncle Errol secretly withdrew the security for his bail.

LAST THURSDAY: Justice Francis Cumberbatch refused to allow Butu’s father even 24 hours to update his 2006 land documents in order to keep the young reporter from being dragged from jail in handcuffs as though he was a violent terrorist threat to national security.

LAST FRIDAY: Registrar Charon Gardiner and her deputy Anwar Brice refused Butu’s father’s hurriedly updated land papers after avoiding his calls for the entire day, under the pretext of being at a workshop or seminar or something.

Anyone who was paying attention was sure the procedural proscrastinations of the justice system would relent on Monday morning. Everyone was sure that when Kenna brought in the newly updated land papers with every t crossed and every i dotted that Butu would be released.

WE WERE WRONG.

Something was going on behind the scenes. For some ungodly reason, people were conspiring to keep Butu in jail. They called each other and emailed each other with the details of what they would do on Monday in order to frustrate Kenna and make Butu suffer at least one more day in court.

They also did some digging to find out if there was anything else they could use against Butu in order to get him make him more dangerous, make the situation more complicated and perhaps even disallow him bail completely.

They found something they could use. They are still working on it. If it works, Butu will be labeled as some kind of sexual deviant, a bolom on a skeleton suit with a tremendous maji noir penis who is stalking your underage daughter at night.

OH NO!!! Now Butu is going to destroy your daughter with his awesome maji noir kokolok!!!!

 

Seriously. That is what they are working on trying to smear Butu with right now. I could see them WHILE THEY WERE DOING IT. On Monday morning, Kenna confirmed to me, without knowing what I knew, that he was afraid they were going to get one of Uncle Errol’s young female relatives to allege that Butu had hung his horrific, humongous cock from her ceiling or something ridiculous like that.

The girl in question is too young to legally take cock, but takes it anyway.

Kenna was at court in Castries first thing in the morning.

But he was told he had to wait because the Registrar was attending the opening of the Appeals Court. So he waited.

And waited.

When he finally heard something, it was that the Registry was satisfied with the documents. He had done everything they had asked him to do. But they had to call some other government agency to verify that the land existed in truth.

Then, they queried whether the land in Vieux Fort town was really worth $80/unit when THEY BLOODY WELL KNOW that the land next door to Kenna is worth $100-150/unit. Kenna’ valuer had deliberately understated the value in order to avoid queries about overvaluation. But they queried it anyway, because that was the strategy agreed on over the weekend.

Then, the whispers among the cops, lawyers and staffers at the Court building started that someone or some people were trying to trump up some sexual deviancy charge against Butu.

It couldn’t be confirmed officially. But that’s how they always got us before the internet. They would just close ranks and make the truth into a non-fact that couldn’t be acted upon or attacked.

Fortunately for us, 21^st century Negmarron have tools to find the truth for themselves. We have the means to confirm the conspiracy, to know who said what to who and when.

IN CONCLUSION

They are trying to drag this out so that they don’t have to release Butu today. They are trying to put Butu in a position where they can get him out of Custody Suites (detention and holding) and give him a taste of the Big Hotel (remand and prison).

If they can get him transferred to Bordelais, the process of freeing him become more complex, more arduous and more difficult.

This will give them time to trump up their sexual deviancy charge.

That is the truth of the matter.
